From Wimbledon to Rugby and Football to Golf.  We have access to all the top sporting events throughout the year liaising with the official organising bodies.

  • Team Building Days / Tailor-Made Activities

Corporate Golf days are an excellent addition to a Conference or Product Launch, or organised as a single event or a regional tournament.

Tailor-made, exclusive activity day packages can be organised from beginning to end, both in the UK and abroad. Including wine tastings, and chocolate-making events.

  • The Arts & Exclusive Events

From the Henley Festival to the Bolshoi Ballet, as well as all major West End theatre productions and operas.  We can tailor-make an evening to suit your budget and organise the evening with discretion and style.  Access to Royal Charity Events can often be arranged with a personal limousine service to ensure you arrive on time!

  • Corporate Social Events

From Summer Balls to Christmas extravaganzas!  Fresh ideas and expert organisation mean that your staff will look forward to an enjoyable time.

  • Sales Promotion

Product and Service Industries supplied with complete planning, design and organisation of new product launches and sales promotion campaigns.  We organise, source and supply the Sales promotional/ Branding materials to support advertising and promotional activities.  We provide the Client and end-user  point of sale promotional material, design and distribution.  On behalf of the clients, we theme inaugural receptions and dinners.

  • Sponsorship

We source and supply sponsorship opportunities to meet client requirements, in order to allow an acceptable level of brand image exposure. Our role is to liaise between the sponsors and the event management teams to ensure that the Client product exposure is relative and in line with the sponsorship contract terms. We are also responsible for the supply, training and management of the Event Promotion teams, and designing and providing the merchandising and corporate identity tools and branding for each event.

  • Protocol and Logistics

We organise the transportation, staffing, provision of uniforms, and sourcing and reserving accommodation for clients and staff for groups of guests of up to 400 pax. In addition, we train staff to specialise in the care, supervision, and protection of the high profile guests, including Royalty and Celebrities.  This includes VIP arrangements at Airports, Venues, Events and Performances.

  • Incentives & Conference Organisation

We are able to organise staff and customer Sales Incentives on a cost plus fee basis, in line with budget requirements.  We organise Conferences that include Incentives as part of the programme.
